I have worn those shoes

After 25+ years in the Physical and Cyber Security industry, I've had the privilege of building teams, growing businesses, and helping security professionals advance their careers. Today, my mission is simple: connect great companies with great people and help change lives through meaningful career opportunities.

I started my security career in 1995 with ADT and quickly advanced into leadership roles with Tyco. Over the years, I've held executive leadership positions with some of the industry's most respected manufacturers and integrators, including ADT, Tyco Intl, NICE Systems, SightLogix, and Pelco.

The Security Jobs Podcast was created to share industry insights, career advice, and conversations with leaders who are shaping the future of security. Whether you're looking to hire top talent, explore new opportunities, or stay informed on industry trends, you're in the right place.

IT'S TIME TO ADVANCE YOUR CAREER

Todd Brodrick is recognized as the Physical Security industry's premier career and talent resource. With 25+ years of experience spanning integration, manufacturing, executive leadership, and recruiting, he is a trusted advisor to both employers and security professionals.

A contributor to A&S International, SDM, and Security Systems News, Todd is frequently consulted on hiring trends, workforce planning, compensation, talent development, and recruitment strategies. He is an active member of SIA, AcceleRISE, and ASIS International and is dedicated to helping companies build high-performing teams while advancing careers across the security industry.

VETERAN OR YOUNG PRoFESSIONAL

Whether you're an experienced professional or just starting your career, the security industry is full of opportunity—and companies are actively looking for talent like you.
